How It Works

1. Upload Your Pet's Photo: Choose a clear, high-resolution image for the best results. Please upload one photo per pet. 
2. Review and Revise: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the hand drawn portrait.
3. Approve your illustrations: Once you're happy with the design, approve your order and await your personalised item! 
4. Fast Delivery: Your custom pet portrait embroidered item will be delivered to your doorstep after just 2/3 weeks.

Washing:

Wash at 30°C (86°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors.

Use a mild detergent to protect the organic cotton fabric and embroidery.

Drying:

Air dry only. Lay flat or hang to dry.

Avoid tumble drying, as it may damage the fabric and embroidery.

Ironing:

Turn the item inside out before ironing.

Place a piece of clean fabric over the embroidery to protect it.

Use a low to medium heat setting for best results.

When you upload your photos our auto background remover will take 5-10 seconds to remove the background. You can then resize and move your photos around to create your own unique design.

• For the best results upload high quality photos; good quality phone photos work great!
• Avoid using photos with dark backgrounds or photos with lots of background elements

Once despatched the estimated delivery time for:

• US orders is 3-5 days
• UK orders is 2-3 days
• Global orders is 10 days
  

The estimated print processing times for all orders is 1-3 days.

18th December is the last day to order for deliveries by Christmas. Orders made after this will be delivered in the usual time frame.
